In this episode I am sharing how I am bouncing back after having baby number two.

I’ll be filling you in on the products I am loving and sharing some great recipes I am into this go around.

From probiotics to healthy diet to chiropractic needs and the making of my “boobie balls”. I’m getting into it all!

Hiring a lactation consultant has always been a huge help for me with both babies which I get into more on the show.

As new or repeat moms we must learn to be more patient with ourselves and share what is working can be such a great help to a new mom which is why I wanted to record this show today!

Something else that has also been a big help for myself, my children as well as a few members of my family is visiting with a Chiropractor. I get more in depth today on the show so be sure to tune in!
