39: POSTPARTUM. ROUND TWO.



In today’s episode I am diving deep into my postpartum experience since having baby number two.

I’m talking about what I was doing to protect myself from postpartum depression, changes in my mindset, prayer, nutrition, exercise and so much more.

The hormonal drop you experience after birth is unreal and I get into this more on the show as well as why I decided to get back on some medications and supplements that have really helped me in this process.
